Volker is now a Venture investor at Amadeus Capital Partners (https://www.amadeuscapital.com/) investing in cutting-edge tech companies. Volker has extensive experience within the technology sector and he shares a lot of information about the sector within this episode!</p>

<p>In our new episode, we will be talking with Daniel Mark Azzopardi, former Treasurer of ELSA International. Daniel started his career in a law firm, then moved into a prestigious career in finance in HSBC, only to leave it a couple of years later. Daniel is now the Senior Director at Honest Food (https://www.honestfoodcompany.de/), a Berlin-based startup operating in the food tech sector. At the age of 34, he has already worked together with several startups, helping them to commence and expand their activities.</p>

<p>In our new episode, we will be talking with Katia Roman-Trzaska, former President of ELSA Poland. She is currently running a cooking school for kids in Warsaw, a foundation that is helping kids in orphanages called &#8220;Recipe for Independence&#8221;. She helped her community by delivering soup to the people in need during COVID lockdown. She is also mentoring women who are willing to open up their own businesses. She has a beautiful story and she shares a lot of wisdom with us. Besides all that, she will make you see cooking in a completely new perspective.</p>
